Northspring | Temple Street has welcomed a major new occupier this month, with the arrival of Redbrain, the UK’s largest Comparison Shopping Service. The tech-driven company has taken a 4,733 sq ft suite in the Birmingham building, continuing the momentum at Northspring as a destination for ambitious, high-growth businesses.
“Redbrain had outgrown its current office space and needed to move to a bigger office to better support our need for growth and more collaboration space,” said Jared Owen, CEO of Redbrain. “On walking into the reception area, you could feel that the Northspring building was of a very high quality for the area, the office spaces we were shown were perfect for our needs and all of the additional features of the building just made it the right choice for us.”
“The company explored a range of options before deciding on Northspring. “We looked at numerous offices in the city centre and wider Birmingham area and looked in our current building. We narrowed it down and the team representing Northspring really helped sell us on this being the perfect location for us to grow.” added Owen.
Beyond the office space itself, Redbrain is looking forward to using the building’s luxury amenities, including The Club and the Rooftop Terrace. Northspring’s in-house business lounge, The Club, is a perfectly designed professional space, with a members club vibe. The Rooftop Terrace provides a striking backdrop to entertain clients, host after-work socials, as well as multi-functional space for fitness and wellbeing classes.
“Northspring | Temple Street in Birmingham, provides first-class amenities, alongside initiatives that help you become part of this thriving professional community,” said Luke Nowacki, from CBRE. “Redbrain is a major success story in the digital commerce world and it’s great to see them invest in space that will allow them to grow and attract the best talent. We’ve seen a great response to the building this year and there’s now just three suites available.”
