Continuous monitoring of utilities usage enables management of the environmental and financial impact of our buildings on our Northspring Community Members.
Work Avenue in addition to the wellbeing amenities and services available in the buildings we also work closely with our charity partner creating employment opportunities and training to individuals outside of our Northspring Community get in to the world of work or develop their own businesses to ensure the success of a future workforce.
