   What is your reason for moving to a new office?

  Zenith Development Group has grown rapidly since it was formed and, over the past couple of years, that growth has significantly accelerated. As such,   we were looking for new offices to expand into. Whilst the company will always remain a proudly Hull company, moving to Leeds offered us some really exciting growth opportunities.

 What attracted you to Northspring | Park Row?
The chance to move into such a prominent location was hard to turn down. It offers a convenient location for clients visiting us and the grandeur of the building is clearly very impressive. All of this made it a bit of a no-brainer to make Northspring our Leeds base.

How was the process of finding an office and where else did you look before choosing Northspring?
The team at Northspring have been very helpful in make the process as smooth and as easy as possible; no task has been too much trouble. In a fast-paced industry, it was essential that we found a true ‘partner’ to work with. We looked at a range of offices across a range of loctions but – once we’d identified Park Row – everything else simply paled in significance to us and the search become to a pretty swift end.

Which of Northspring’s luxury amenities do you see your company getting the most use out of once you’ve moved in?

Being part of the Northsprings network will be incredibly valuable. Zenith Development Group is growing quickly and has ambitious plans for 2024 and beyond, so having access to amenities in other cities will be very useful. The company also places great value in the wellness, mental health and overall happiness of its staff, so being able to offer them services such as a roof terraces and fitness suite is totally inline with our wider company ethos.
