The evidence is clear, new does not always equal better. Our focus is breathing new life into an existing building, remodelling the space to deliver EPC credentials which rival new builds at a fraction of the upfront carbon emissions.
At our core we recycle and repurpose properties to create sustainable and harmonious work environments for our community to succeed and thrive.
Working closely with our chosen partners we are creating a platform for ESG principles to be incorporated into every element of Northspring. This is not limited to the physical refurbishment and ongoing management of our buildings, we are also committed to continuous improvement in the wellbeing of our building users and consider diversity and equal opportunities in to design and ongoing management decisions.

The design of each Northspring location takes in to consideration the wellbeing of the end user with the amenities provided and the unique Northspring quality finishes which produce a balanced working environment.
JPM Real Estate ensure the highest level of compliance in our ongoing responsible management of the properties. We are dedicated to reduce and recycle waste in all our operations through contractor and product selection. Continuous monitoring of utilities usage enables management of the environmental and financial impact of our buildings on our Northspring Community Members.
Work Avenue in addition to the wellbeing amenities and services available in the buildings we also work closely with our charity partner creating employment opportunities and training to individuals outside of our Northspring Community get in to the world of work or develop their own businesses to ensure the success of a future workforce.
