They are offices with soul. Each building has it’s own unique character but typically provides smaller boutique workspaces.

 Access to a network of spaces across different cities. Being an occupier of a Northspring building allows you to use business lounge facilities across Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham which are a great benefit for smaller occupiers who maybe don’t have an office in all locations.
